Anne-Michèle helped me draw up my general terms and conditions, online privacy policy and cookie policy. As a photographer, I don't know anything about those, but it's important to have it all in order to avoid discussions (or worse) with your clients. It gives me tremendous peace of mind that I can refer to my terms and conditions every time there is a disagreement. Like most creative entrepreneurs, I don't like dealing with legal matters at all and kept putting it off. Anne-Michèle made sure I took the necessary action anyway, without being intrusive at all. The video calls I had with her were pleasant and also very helpful. She explained everything to me clearly, so that I really understood it myself, and also made the necessary adjustments for my sector and my specific way of working. Afterwards, she also remains available for questions and extra help.
